Hi all,
Iam having XI background, Can anyone tell me what the basic things needed to learn MI.
thanx,
krish
hi krishna,
for administrative tasks only, you would only need to know some SAP transactions
e.g. for creating SyncBo on the R3 side; how to use the Mobile Administration on
NWA; and the concept of application deployment and maintenance.
for developers on the server-side, ABAP-skills is necessary and knowledge on the
MI concept like SmartSync & GenericSync.
as a client-side developer, Java skills is necessary. if you'll write for MI Tomcat
runtime, knowledge of web application is a must. for AWT, you should know how
to program at least using AWT. understanding of the MI concepts and acquaintance
of the MI client-side APIs is also necessary.
please refer to the link of docs (MDK, Javadocs, blogs and articles) which Karthik
had posted.
