SAP TM: DTR is not automatically linked to FO

Dear all,

I have an issue in the following scenario:

* Sales order created in ERP -> OTR was created in SAP TM, FUs have been created

* FO created by the optimizer based on the relevant FUs

* Manually trigger of the outbound delivery creation in the transportation planning cockpit

* Result:

   - Outbound delivery created in ERP

   - DTR created in TM

Issue:

   The DTR document is not linked to the FO. There is no DTR link in the document flow of the FO

Expected system behaviour:

   The DTR should be automatically linked to the corresponding FO.

Does somebody have an idea about this?

Hello Andreas,

I would suggest you to search for sap notes or open a message. The expected system behaviour is like your description...
