J1ID, Withholding Tax & CIN

Hi Guys.

Please help me to understand what is the meaning of J1ID, Withholding Tax & CIN. What is the use of this and what is the difference of this three.

If J1ID maintained in the system, like example in Vendor Excise Detail, is the Vendor needs to be maintained in Withholding Tax or CIN?

vice versa.

Also the Customer Excise Details, Material & Chapter ID, Material Assessable and Excise to Plant.
