Dear Experts

I am working with Solman 7.1. In BPO, when I try to create or edit monitoring objects It is showing error " incomplete load monitor definitions" and I am not getting text for the monitoring objects it is showing only "technical name: No text" . I did the load monitoring definitions, I checked the BW data at logical component level and I updated the key figure repository as well. But still the issue is not solved. Please advise.

Hi sandeep GVD

Normally these kind of error is fixed result of load monitor.

Does your managed systema and SolMan has ST-A/PI ? (Which ST-A/PI both system has ?)

And did you de-activate existing monitor (if exist) before doing load monitor definition ?

if it is not, could de-activate existing monitor while you load monitor definition and after the monitor definition, could you conduct generate and activate action of your existing monitor.

Hi Keiji,

Thanks for your reply.

Here are the details of ST-A/PI -

ST-A/PI01Q_7310002SAPKITAB9LServicetools for SAP Basis 731

In ECC system (Managed system)..

ST-A/PI01Q_7000001SAPKITAB7K

In my solman..

As suggested I did the deactivation and active again but result is same.

Please suggest.

Thanks

Hi Sandeep

Did you conduct load monitor with following sequence ?

1.Deactivate existing monitor

2.Conduct load monitor definition

3. (After load monitor definition) Generate monitor and activate monitor.

Do you see any dump related to load monitor in ERP and Solution Manager.

Hi Keiji,

We had EHP 7 upgrade last week. After upgrade I did load monitor definitions. From that time time we are having this issue. After EHP7 upgrade Solman unable to communicate with managed system(ECC), we had dumps in ECP because of this. and we rectified it by implementing Note suggested by SAP. Now Solman is able to communicate , data is properly retriving from ECC but the issue with monitoring obects are not solved (No text).

Thanks

Sandeep

Hi Sandeep

One suspicious point is different ST-A/PI level between managed system and solman.

(Managed system seems having SP2, but solman having SP1).

So if it is possible, ST-A/PI SP2 patch implementation in SolMan can be one possible action.

And after applying the note, implement framework correction to both systems (Not 1900144).

But I am not so confident above assumption. So if you want to accurate analysis,

I recommend you to open SAP OSS message for further investiation.

Then SAP support consultant can login to you system and conduct more detail analysis.

Best Regards
