Counting the number of amendments in VX12N

Hello Everyone,

Need to "Count the number of amendments" in VX12N when choosing from available options (1-Typing, 2-Amendment & 3-Legal change) for changing the status to “E" (Change in document has been submitted) in Status tab.

We have a customized report in which we would like to add a new column as Amendment Counter. The practice is if there is an amendment in Financial document, the status will be changed to E by choosing any of the 3 available options. Need to count how many times the status has been changed to E irrespective of any of the 3 available options chosen. Looking for you advice as how to extract the details.

Hello,

I doubt whether this information will be available in SAP Standard tables.

As an alternative, you can think of pulling a Z-Table which will record the Financial Document number & the date of each change & change of status.

Once the table is updated, the data can be easily be pulled out of a Z-Report.
