Fire Fighter Log Report Review Workflow not showing instance status finished data but that log was reviewed

Hi All,

In GRC10 system i am searching for Fire Fighter Log Report Review Workflow,it's showing only Decision pending status data but not showing Approved data but some logs already reviewed.why it's not showing Approved status data?

Hello Subbu,

Kindly implement the Note:1772759 to resolve the issue. The text of the note is different from the problem mentioned but it should resolve your issue. The Note will not fix the old workflows.The only way

is to manually cancel the request using the program-GRFNMW_MANUAL_INSTANCE_CANCEL described in the sap note-1742041. It will be applicable for new workflows.

Dear Sobbu,

You have mentioned that "some were logs already reviewed" in the workflow. I can assume that system is waiting for the other approvers. You might have set that All approvers must approve the request before going to the next stage.
