Hi,
I have installed EP with java engine .
I am not able to take backup using brback,
I am attatching the brbackup log

I'm have same problem to backup EP, and i'm ready running sapdba_role.sql & sapdba_additional.sql . but problem is same.
can you info and help its problem

Hi Atrai,
Try out this solution:
Create two new local groups in the NT user manager:
ora_<SID>_dba
ora_<SID>_oper
Include user <SID>adm in both groups and user sapservice<SID> in the group ora_<SID>_oper.
And then try the back up.
