The quotation price is not getting copied to sales order

Hi Experts,

The business scenario is as follows:

Customer creates a Quotation and with reference to that quotation a Sales Order is created. Now customer wants to incorporate percentage discount to each line items which needs to be manually entered by the user in line item conditions tab. But the percentage discount given the quotation is not getting copied to Sales Order.

Can it be achieved through copy control (VTAA) option. If yes, then which field i need to check for achieving the desired result.

Hi,

Yes, In the copy control from Quotation to sales order (VTAA Transaction)

under the Item category, change Pricing type to D

please find the discount condition tab for Manual entries 'C' and copy controls for pricing type 'C' in below screen shot.

Try with the following:

• Discount Condition Types as Manual (Changes which can be made=C i.e. Manual Priority)
• In VTAA (QT to OR), in Item Category - AGN, Pricing Type=C (System Carries New Pricing copying Manual Pricing Elements
