Disaggregation with proportional factors does not work correctly

Former Member

Hello Community,

I have following issue with disaggregation in a planning area:

A key figure is calculated on an aggregated level (material group) correctly. The disaggregation setting of this key figure is as follows:

The calculation of proportional factor (APODPDANT) works right, too. Now, each material of the material group has a proportional factor which is entered in planning book buckets over the whole timeline of the planning area.

Issue is that not all materials of the material group are disaggregated correctly.

Example:

Material 1 of the material group:

Everything is ok - disaggregation works correctly for all timeline buckets:

Material 2 of the material group:

Disaggregation does not work although proportional factor is higher than material 1 - normally higher values should be there, but they are only filled until end of year:

The behaviour of the disaggregation should be the same as of material 1, but major of the time buckets are not filled with values.

Is anybody able to explain such an behaviour? What could be the reason for this?

Perhaps it is an issue for SAP support portal, but perhaps anybody has a feasible explanation for this.

Please reply - thanks and best regards

Heinz

You might like to check the basis key figure and the periods used for calculating APODPDANT.

/SAPAPO/MC8V. Also check whether the calculation Basis is fixed or dynamic. Also view the values on APODPDANT by dragging the same in the data view and then use sigma/sigma icon to see the how are proportions applied.

Thanks
