Problems in sending e-mail from Support Message

Hello experts,

My requirement is to send automatic email on status change of message in SOLMAN 7.1.

Actually, i am following this document available in the link : http://scn.sap.com/people/dolores.correa/blog/2007/09/18/sending-e-mail-from-support-message

I already created the action definition Z_SEND_MAIL_VIA_ACTION_SENDER as per the link.

But i cannot see the action profile created in the transaction SPPFCADM to define the conditions as per the screen shot. Can you suggest me the steps to solve this problem?

Hi Yovish,

In solman 7.1 use the SMIN t.code for incident.

Action: SMIN_STD_FIND_TEAM_SEND_EMAIL is help to send themail to support team automically

Action : SMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT -Automativally finds support team based on a rule framework

Hello,

My question is why the action definition Z_SEND_MAIL_VIA_ACTION_SENDER  created does not appear in the list where conditions are meant to be applied as per the above screenshots. And above all how to solve this issue?

did you add the action definition to condition list? You have to do it manually.
