ChaRM:Normal Change after testing

Hi,

Hi Team, We implemented Standard ChaRM in our solution Manager (Solman 7.1 and ST level is # 7)

I am doing testing for Normal Change, After successfull test in Actions tab only two options are available "Confirm Successfull Test" and "BPCA Analysis" Reset status to "In Development" is missing in Actions tab. as shown in the below screen shot.

If testing fails i want to reset to "In Development" .

Could some one please help what we need to do tp appear Reset status to "In Development" in Action tab.

Hi Gsr,

I think you have created new cutom status in normal change, so please add the new Estat number( check in table TJ30T) in  the action ZMMJ_SET_BACK_TO_DEVELOP_MJ as mention by Dan and try it.

Thanks for your immd.response

Action Definition is showing ZMMJ_TESTED_AND_NOT_OK_MJ in my system may be beacuse of different version.

Every thing is fine as per Dan mail.

1) Yes i copied SMMJ to ZMMJ

2) In SPPFCADM - CRM_ORDER - ZMMJ_ACTIONS

3) Action ZMMJ_TESTED_AND_NOT_OK_MJ is Active as shown in the below screen.

4) In Tcode SPPFDETCRM ZMMJ_ACTIONS

5) Schedule conditions for ZMMJ_TESTED_AND_NOT_OK_MJ as shown below.

Other than above do i need to check anything else ?. Please let me know.

Hi Gsr,

number 5 is your problem see "AND" operator, delete line E0004  or create new like in my example.

And action will be shown!

Hi Dan,

As shown in your example below condition is assigned for ZMMJ_CONFIRM_SUCC_TEST_MJ in my system, Confirm Successfull Test workflow is working fine for me with below condition.

So now my question is the above same condition need to assign for action definition ZMMJ_TESTED_AND_NOT_OK_MJ ?.

Hi,

Choose ZMMJ_TESTED_AND_NOT_OK_MJ delete schedule condition, after that add same condition as for ZMMJ_CONFIRM_SUCC_TEST_MJ

Hi Dan,

Deleted scheduled condition for ZMMJ_TESTED_AND_NOT_OK_MJ and maintained same as ZMMJ_CONFIRM_SUCC_TEST_MJ, but still Reset status to "In Development" is not showing in Action tab.

Not sure why it is not showing in Actions tab after changing also.

Can you please check your status schema and show it here go as Kartnik said in TJ30T enter status schema ZMMJHEAD and check what is description of E0012.

Did you added any new custom status ?

No I have not added any custom status.

I Checked TJ30T for status ZMMJHEAD below is the screen shot, I can't see any description with Reset to development.

E0012 -> Test for Preliminary Import

Do i need to add here.

Hi Gsr,

No in table everything is fine go to

• Tcode SPPFDETCRM choose SMMJ_ACTIONS ( if copied ZMMJ_ACTIONS)
• Find this ZMMJ_TESTED_AND_NOT_OK_MJ and check schedule conditions

and change Schedule condition there is "AND" operator delete it and make "OR".

Hi Gsr,

1. Did you copied SMMJ to ZMMJ?
2. go to SPPFCADM - CRM_ORDER - find SMMJ_ACTIONS ( if copied ZMMJ_ACTIONS )
3. find action ZMMJ_SET_BACK_TO_DEVELOP_MJ - check that action is not Inactive
4. Tcode SPPFDETCRM choose SMMJ_ACTIONS ( if copied ZMMJ_ACTIONS)
5. Find this ZMMJ_SET_BACK_TO_DEVELOP_MJ and check schedule conditions
6. Now craete new or go to OLD Normal Change and look in Assignment block Scheduled Actions and in Actions button.
