False configuration assessement while using configurable components in production order

By using a special procurement key purchasing a multilevel configurable material in an other plant the configuration assessement for configurable components is done by the heading configurable material of bom.

Therefor we are not able to explode the correct components, while the needed characteristics are missing for the configurable components.

In case we don't use special procurement the configuration assessement of the lower level component to be procuded is done with the correct configuration of the configurable component, not with the configuration setup of the leading material of bom.

If anybody got an idea for our problem please do not hesitat to share it with us.

seems you need to maintain BOM with all components & dependencies in second plant too from where this product is being purchased.

so once this configutration is being passed at second plant you will have correct BOM explosion with required component selected.

check and revert back.
