Error in Receiver SFTP adapter

Hi Guys,

Good morning!!

I am facing error in receiver SFTP adapter.Error details are given below:

Error: Message processing failed. Cause: javax.resource.ResourceException: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth cancel

Please find above error screenshot also.

Authorization error, check login and password for ftp and certificate

I am able to open that folder using same credentials.So login credentials are correct.

Do u have any other idea for resolution.

Authentication failed. This can be due to an incorrect User/Password or User/Private Key combination.

User which i was using before was not having proper authorization.

Used another user credentials and everything is working fine now.

Hi,

Are you choosing Private Ky instead using password based authentication? This error come because of authentication error.
