One time customers- Pop up in VA01

H Gurus,

I know how we create  one time customers. I know the account group and all the settings.

However, I would like to know is there any settings due to which while creating a order a pop up appears for creation of a one time customer.

Because we use account group CPD or CPDA, however i was not able to find any setting due to which a pop up should appear in VA01.

Hi

When we use onetime customer system automatically calls that pop up screen. If you are using CPD account group then you should get paop up screen automatically. Are you not getting that when you are pressing enter after customer input??

Hi Kanishak,

There is a check Box in the OBD2 for the CPD customer account group.

When you check this box system will give you a Pop up for that customer in VA01 screen.

If you remove this tick it will not give you the Pop up in the VA01.

Yes.

By default for account group CPD one time account field is ticked, so when you creating customer with the CPD ref you will get pop up in VA01.

Yes,it is only the setting to get pop up box in VA01 level.

Check that box " one-time account " and then try to create sales order and seethe result.
