Hello,
Can you tell if there is a way to know where an user is being used in a SAP system?... this is, I want to know whether a user is being used in an RFC, a JOB, a report, etc,...

You can configure the Security Audit log configuration using SM19 and use SM20 to view the logs

Sm66---->Global Work Process Overview
Monitor the work process load on all active instances across the system
AL08---->List Of All User Logged On
Shows the list of all the users which are logged on to the system globally or for all the instances in the system which are active.
SM04--->User List
Shows the list of the users which are logged on to the instance in which you are currently logged in. Can say for the local instance.

no. There is no way to do the "where used list" for users
best case scenario, you can build a report based on your experience on where the field bname is used...

You can get some reasonable information from Tx ST03N but if that is not sufficient then you will need to enable sap security audit log
