can any one pls send me the accounting documents for all the sales doc types, delivery doc types, billing types

ex: for delivery ie Lf doc is cost of goods sold is debited and inventory change is credited ...

Hi Mahesh,

In SAP we use a different Sales documents types, delivery types, billing types based on the business scenaros what we have. You can as well get the list of all the different types used using some standard tcodes in sap system.

For sales Doc Types: VOV8

For Billing types: VOFA

For Delivery Types: OVLK

and we have 2 standard accounting documents which get genearated in SD business.

1. when we do PGI we have accounting doc generated and it is WL

2. When we do Billing we have a accounting doc generated it is RK
