minimum order quantity mass changes

Dear Gurus,

I need to mass-change minimum order quantitiy in the sales orders for all the spare

parts of a specific Plant, could please provide me with any useful procedure?

.Hi,

First list out the sales orders from the VBAP table belong to the specific plant of which you want to update

You can do it through MASS t code

Enter object type BUS2032 and execute  then select table MASSVBAP then enter sales order numbers, then enter the missing fields.

But my requirement is a mass charge (5020 spare parts items) with a minimum order quantity for every single item for a specific Plant that our Company have in Belgium.

Exists some particular procedure?

I don't think so it would be separate, but you can try with my above inputs.

As far as i know the minimum order quantity is maintained in the material master and not in the sales order. You will have to change that to have the desired result during order processing.

If you want to change the quantity in sales orders, you can do so by using the T-code MASS> Select sales orders in the object type>>Sales order item data>> quantity.,

Do test it out.
