A technical error stopped the check execution : Error No Load Balancing data provided for DEV

hi

I have configured solman 7.1 sp4

in managed system configuration on technical systems tab i have selected erp system AS ABAP system and configure it completely without any error but in the end at step 11 Check Configuration i got error:

Error	A technical error stopped the check execution : Error No Load Balancing data provided for DEV
Action	Please try again later or open a message in component SV-SMG-INS-CFG
Check Context	Managed systems setup | Checks user input in managed system configuration | SYSTEM =DEV~ABAP

any one have idea how to solve it?

Please check the following note:

1865532  - Check Configuration fails with "No load balancing data provided" when the Load Balancer ...

I have set paramters in dev system as:

icm/server_port_0	PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,TIMEOUT=240,PROCTIMEOUT=600
icm/host_name_full	xxx.xxx.com

host full name is configured with the proper host name. after setting this parameter i went back to managed system configuration resync sld and checked instance it has proper details of hostname and port i.e 8000 then on step 5 enter system parameter i have given details of load balancer host and port and check url is successful than i went to step 11 check configuration and execute again and still same error.

am i missing something?

hi,

make sure you changed the ICM port in solman_Setup -> managed system configuration -> step enter system parameters too,

check the note  1861314 - Solution Manager 7.1 - Step11 returns "No Load Balancing Data Provided"

finally problem solved by implementing
