Hi,
as you are using SNC router.
sapserv2 (194.39.131.34) connection via Internet SNC
Have to check your SNC configuration .
First of all check the validity of the sap router certs.
sapgenpse seclogin –l
Second thing have you checked that the Router certs are valid or in valid please check the below doc for SNC.
http://service.sap.com/saprouter-sncdoc
Still cant resolve please post the output of the license and the router tab.
Thanks
Rishi abrol
Hi rishi,
ending like this ;
C:\saprouter>sapgenpse get_my_name -n validity
get_my_name: no PSE name supplied, no SSO credentials found!
ERROR in aux_get_credentials_file: (18948/0x4a04) No PSE dir : "C:\Users\Vektora
1\sec"
ERROR in aux_file2OctetString: (1281/0x0501) stat("C:\Users\Vektora1\sec\cred_v2
") returned : "No such file or directory"
Hi,
Do you know if snc was configured for this router.
was it working earlier?
I know these are the only two method to find out the validity of the certs and also stated in the note.
1178684 - No service connection:"SNC processing failed"
Thanks

Hi,
Are they using the same router 207.130. ??
If you have SNC activated then the command should give the correct result.
Have you changed the router file.... after changing the ip.
Please explain it properly what is what.
Company A ip : XXX.34.31
Company Sap Router : XXX.34.32
Our Saprouter : XXX.207.130
SAP router:194.39.131.34
Thanks

HI Kemal,
Could you please upload Dev_rout or paste the whole section of the above error.
I think the problem is due to improper entry in saprouttab file. Please try to give full permission by putting p**** and check the RFC.If its working then the permission setting in the saproutetab must be worngly specified.
Regards
Sandy Sam

Hi Kemel,
The error say its due to permission issue.. please check whether both saprouter the permissions are set properly..

Hi Kemal
probably it's not the solution but have you tried :
/H/XXX.34.32/S/sapdp99/H/XXX.207.130/S/3299/H/194.39.131.34/S/sapdp99/H/oss001
Can you doublecheck if the log is exactly as you pasted bcz it seems that something is missing... maybe can you upload a screenshot
Let me know
