I want to configure solution manager service desk in SOLMAN 7.1 to send and receive messages from satellite system.

Actually my requirement is only service request ticketing in solman 7.1

Hi Subhash,

System preparation and Basic configuration is the mandatory step  start  before any configuration in solman.

So first complete the both step and start the IT service management step .
