Request for cancel/skip for NF-e rejected - Message no. J1B_NFE067

I need help, I have a NF-e to be cancelled but the transaction J1BNFE (NF-e monitor) show the follow error message " Request for cancel/skip for NF-e 0000190905 rejected Message no. J1B_NFE067"

I was checking the FAZENDA web page and this fiscal note appear authorized but I need to cancel this NF-e. Attached the error message.
