Hello,

I´m in phase PREP_IMPORT/TOOLIMPD of EHP6 and I get this error:

Checks after phase  were negative!

Last error code set: Detected 2 errors summarized in 'TOOLIMPD.ELG'<br/> Calling 'C:\usr\sap\SSD\DVEBMGS00\exe/tp' failed with return code 8, check F:\SUM\abap\log\SAPup.ECO for details

The tables exist on the system and are activated, but this phase fails.

Any suggestion?

I think the same about warnings, but If I cannot find another solution I'll try it

I´ve repeated the phase from the beginning and now I´m gettint the first error:

1EEDO519 "Table" "DDLOAD" could not be activated
1EEDO519 "Table" "PUTTB_SHD_MNT" could not be activated

The tables are activated, and I chech the status of them and It's correct.

After this message If I press continue from the las point I get again this error

1EEDO519 "Table" "PUTTB_SHD_1" could not be activated

1EEDO519 "Table" "PUTTB_SHD_MNT" could not be activated

1EEDO519 "Table" "PUTTB_SHD_SAV" could not be activated

I´ve activated and checked but If try again to execute from the last point I get the same error If I try from the beginning I get

Can you please update the logs from SAPA*.<SID> and SAPup.ECo files as per SAP Note 1918795.

Please check below tables first through SE11:

2WEDO517X"Table" "PUTTB_SHD" was activated (error in the dependencies)

2WEDO517 "Table" "PUTTB_SHD_FLDS" was activated (error in the dependencies)

Are you getting any error while checking through SE11? After fixing this error can try to rerun this phase again.

If you see the above error it clearly stated that the problem is with the dependencies.

You need to try activating those tables from Tx SE11.

There will be log generated and you easily find out why and what the reasons are.

PUTTB_SHD partly active

PUTTB_SHD_FLDS partly active

If I active PUTTB_SHD_FLDS, PUTTB_SHD is activated the 5 five tables are activated. Then I re-execute the phase from the last point and I get the same error PUTTB_SHD and PUTTB_SHD_FLDS are partly active again...

Can you check or provide the activation log from SE11 ?

The activation log will shown with the complete information.

You just need to expand the log with the + icon

Hi Ruben,

For both tables in SE11--> edit mode--> select Extras-> Enhancement Category --> Cannot be enhanced.

Save and activate tables.

Retry this phase again after that.

Warnings shouldn't be a problem.

There must be other reasons why the dependencies cannot be activated.

Could you provide the screen shot of the activation log please ?

After that select Utilities - Activation Log

You may check the status in SE11.

Try repeating the phase and check the newly created logs.

Did you tried upgrading your tp tools in kernel? Also please attach the TOOLIMPD.ELG & upgrade main log file to analyze further.

The tp version of the system is recent 7.20_401 and the last is 437.

Please go through SAP Note 1918795 - Handling error at tool import phase during upgrade and update the logs from SAPA*.<SID> and SAPup.ECo files.
