com.sap.aii.af.service.mapping.MappingException: EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE

Dear Experts,

I am facing a weird problem in my interfaces which were recently moved to the Prod env.I'm getting the below error in mapping for all interfaces

com.sap.aii.af.service.mapping.MappingException: EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE.

There is no other info in the logs. I have increased the logging to all and still could not find anything in default trace. I have updated Mapping and CPA Cache. The mapping work fine in test tab and end to end in the QA systems.

Please share your views.

Issue solved with below note from SAP. The system needs to be patched to the correct levels as mentioned in the note

Dear Experts,

I have got an entry in default trace now. Request you to please provide your inputs.

com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException: while trying to invoke the method javax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory.newSAXParser() of an object loaded from static field.

I referred to the link below, however it was PO 7.4 SP 4. I'm using PO 7.31 SP08.

This is a single stack PI 7.31 system.

Hi Varun,

Are all the endpoints the same?, have you check the endpoint is up and the connectivity is right without exceptions in the endpoint?

Also, check this note  1711944  - Restarting older versions of a PI message

Connectivity is fine. This is a single stack system.
