IDOC segment present in Inbound xml is missing in ERP system

Hi

The scenario is PI -> ERP system. We included mapping for an IDOC segment in PI. While testing the same, the inbound xml has the segment along with the data where as the IDOC generated in ERP system does not have the segment.

We have checked the IDOC metadata in IDX2 and also cross checked whether the IDOC and particular segment is released in ERP system

Kindly help if some thing could be done in PI side to resolve this issue.

Hi Sudarvizhi,

Can you try to do this below two steps.

1. Delete and recreate the partner profile in ECC.

2. Delete and recreate the Receiver IDOC channel in PI.
