minimum requirements in FO for settlement

are there any Minimum Status requirements in the freight order before it can be settled? I am using a worklist of freight orders and choose create freight Settlement doc. and

I have a message saying "Action not allowed for selected documents". The freight order is in exec Status "executed", charges are calculated and the invoicing Status "not yet invoiced".

Hello Petra,

Have you been able to settle that FO type in the past?

You can configure at a FO document type level if settlment is allowed. It sounds like that option might not be enabled.

You can verify this in SRPO:

Transportation Management > Freight Order Management > Freight Order > Define Freight Order Types

Hi Devin,

thanks for the reply. I have not well defined my question. What has happened to me was actually that certain items were not invoice relevant. This was due to the fact that these were not main items.
