Need to change domain users and configure SSO in PLM system

Hi

Currently  D01 system is running on Local users, which need to change to ZA Domain users and also one additional ZA Domain users to be created for D01 system for SSO Setup. I want to do the same for QAS and Production systems also.

Please let me know the steps to do the above activity and also please confirm if we need any downtime for this.

System is Product lifecycle management.

Os : Windows and DB is oracle

Current Patch Level

setup done is SNC for SSO to the abap system from sapgui based on windows authentication
