Dear All,
We have a cluster environment – 2 servers. Configured Manually in Managed System Configuration (as it did not happen automatically). 2 systems are sharing 1 data base (NEP).
In managed system configuration we can see the 1st system Extended ID as NEP & the 2nd system ID as NEP0001. We are trying to delete both the systems and create a new technical system. We are able to delete the 2nd system, but for the 1st system we are getting the following error.
We have deleted the system from SLD also.
Please advice.
Regards
Hi,
Go to the LMDB technical editor and delete the system, first remove the entire in the SLD and try it.

Hi Pearl,
Report : RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM is execute during the duplication entry remove and synchronize the details. but i think you have deleted the system in the SLD.
first add the NEP system in the SLD NEP , check after 10-15 min product system added in the SMSY.
after if you have any issue in the sync details, use the report: RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM to rre-sync the same.

Hi Pearl
Kindly use this report to remove or resolve the inconsistency in your technical system .
AI_LMDB_EXTSID_CONSISTENCY
Later , you can change the EXTID or delete it .
You can use this report to change the EXTID manually .
AI_LMDB_EXTSID_MANU_GENERATION
Let me know if it helps.
