CJ9F not responding to DB selection - please help

Hi

I have created a variant for CJ9F  In this transaction, the  variant I have chosen a specific DB profile which has the following items selected

Max Level 99

Superior Objects (Checkbox  on)

Selection Criteria - Project Definition

WBS element (wbs element and "incl hierarchy) check box on

Miscellaneous Rel view 3 (check box on)

What I was expecting by deselecting all other details regarding Network / Order and Activity panels as well as everything else in the Miscellaneous panel that when I copied version 0 to another version, that only the planning on the WBS elements would be copied.

However I find that all the sub objects (NWA and orders) are also being copied.

Can anyone please help me as to what I need to to do, just to copy the wbs structure
