Spool not generating for cheque print in Quality Server

Hi,

We are doing an Upgradation from 4.7 to ECC 6.6. In Testing/Development server, while testing Printouts for all modules like- MM, SD, FI and PP, all modules are coming correctly.

After creating the Quality server, when we are testing the cheque printing, we are finding the spool is not generating. although the the message shows as Print Job generated.

This is not the case with other module print outputs. They are coming correctly.

Please suggest, what can be the issue?

Have you checked, whether the test checks where actually printed?  Checks are hard-coded for the spool to be deleted after printing.

It seems there is some issue with os spooler but for more info

can you please check print status from tcode sp01/sp02 please attach the screenshot  of this.

check sm21 log details for particular issue.

Hi,

I have checked SP01 and SP02. In both the t codes, there is no spool generated. Kindly check the screen shots.

I check SM21, but unable to find any spools there as well.

Hi Viajy

  You can find the thing in three different ways

1. Debug mode with help of ABAPer, cheque printing happen or not

2. By using the T- Code ST12 Single Transaction Analysis,refer the link

3. Go to SE38 and run RFFOUS_C with your variant.  You will have to enter the Run Date and Payment ID on the RFFOUS_C selection screen.  Execute this program

Is this any error message in log SM21 or Error in ST22? As you said that you already check the printouts in MM, SD, FI & PP in that case is this any application issue?
