Hi experts,

I am new to solution manager, i am stuck on the issue that i want documentation regarding the service desk process of solman 7.1. The scenario is from our satellite system the new tickets had been created and then how the incident management of solman 7.1 is approving this how the workflow is going. Is there any document available regarding this. Experts please Help me out on this

If you would have searched in SCN, there you might be end up tons of documents, blogs for your each and every specific requirement too
