I want to build Hybrid application with OData approach. But i dont want to use HWC. Packaging application by phonegap or other third party frameworks then deploy the app to device.
Here are my questions.
Can we create hybrid app and deploying directly to device without HWC ( by using third party frameworks )?
If HWC is mandatory, can we deploy the app outside of the HWC?, Like i dont want to open the HWC every time to see the application.
It is possible to develop hybrid apps without using HWC. There are third party tools for this. You can make use of the frameworks like PhoneGap, Appcelerator, Sencha, SAPUI5 etc.. You can use Odata to develop the app using these frameworks.
I have read the document for Odata based hybrid app, but after packaging the application they deployed it into SCC, So this means app will be deployed into HWC of the device. This were i got confused.
