Restrict dispatching operations to allowable work centers - CM25

Gurus,

I am working on CM25 to do capacity leveling. One of the controls that I need over here is to restrict the users from dispatching operations manually into an incorrect work center.

  For example, in the planning board I have three work centers A,B and C where the material is only valid in A and B as defined in two production versions. However system does allow me to dispatch the operation to  work center C, without any warning/error message.

I know APO PPDS does not behave this way, but am not able to find the right settings to achieve this in the strategy profile.

Some input will be appreciated.
