Hello ,
We have maintained notification at stage level of approvers.
Whenever the request comes to approver,s inbox, they recieve e-mail containing link to approve/reject request.
As soon as they click on the link, a page opens with request details but without any approve/reject tabs.
Approve/reject tabs appears only when approver is simultaneously logged in GRC.
We are at SP12 and have activated all the SICF services and maintained user details with all required authorization(Tested with SAP_ALL)

I have maintained stage level settings and hence approvers are able to approve request via Email link only once they are logged in GRC.
Anyways I will get back with screenshots and logs.

Hi VB,
As kevin mentioned, you have to enable approval/rejection by email in stage settings.
Also, do not maintain user/password in SICF service for approval .

Have you enabled the Approve by Email and Reject by Email items in this stage??
