EM integration on import documents

When I report any EM events the IM FB and IM FWO goes into 'In Execution', which should not be since . For IM documents the execution status should not change, until these events get reported for a relevant stage of the IM FWO.

What can be the reason for this starnge behaviour or is my assumption wrong

Hello Dipak,

Have a look at your Rule Sets in EM for that event handler type. Its possible that EM is configured to change the FWO's status.

Hello Dipak,

Im not sure how your system is configured, however the rules are typically configured when the system is intially setup. Your probably looking for a rule that runs in the case where the event that your talking about is submitted.

You can however assign activities and multi task activities to a rule. The multi task activities will be the ones performing the updates in TM. If you have a look, there are a whole bunch there for updating statuses in TM.

Have a look at the activities starting with "ODT10" or "ODT20". You might be using ODT10_HS_DEPARTURE.

If all else fails, try turning logging on for your event handler type and see what is running when the message comes in.
