Hello,

Do we have program to cancel unapproved request based on request type.

Like for new user : if its not approved with in 1 week request gets cancelled

for FFID if not getting approved in 4 days gets cancelled like wise.

I suspect you will need to look at MSMP, etc to somehow escalate to a specific team, etc

OK, other way is to make interval same for Process id and cancel all request for that process id.

I haven't had the chance to configure HR trigger yet. Have a look at SCN and the documents as there have been a few posts on this topic already. They may be a good starting point for your questions/clarification/concern

As far as "stale requests go", I think SAP needs to deliver a standard solution for closing out these situations so communications can be sent. This could include adding a step to the Global Process Id or handle another way to configure the scenarios for auto closing. Possibly needs to go to the ideas place or someone involved in ramp up.

The program GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST can be run for this, but it is NOT by Request Type, but by MSMP Process ID (i.e. SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST).

Stale request is there, but my requirement is to cancel request based on request type.
