Cluster Subnet mask change

Hi Gurus,

I have 2 node windows 2008 R2 cluster server, SAP  and SQL2008 R2 Resources running on the cluster , my  network of the server is /16 ( 255.255.0.0) and i want to change in /24( 255.255.255.0)for Windows, SQL and SAP cluster, But i need the help on 2 point,

(1) How to change the subnet mask of the Windows cluster , SQL Cluster and SAP Application.

(2) Our cluster quorum running on the File sharing Majority, now how can i change the Quorum location for the File sharing majority ( How to change the Server Sharing location one server to another server).
