Hi,
Check the basic configuration step 2.1 and 2.2 update with correct information.
Goto BI client-> RSA1 -> it show metadata screen? ( in BI client )
if show * select replicate as well
* next screen select last option (this and following 8 and 3X data source
* take some time to activate
* Goto RSTCO_ADMIN and activate the job
* check the BI_TCO_ACTIVATION in SM37 and after complete.
*check the status in RSTCO_ADMIN
