ST-PI &ST-A/PI Warning

Dear Experts,

      For the managed system configuration in solution manager 7.1 SP5 am getting the below warning.

You need to connect to the systems and run the program RTCCTOOL using the Tx SE38.

If the plugins are outdated then the follow the instructions provided and download the latest files and implement it.

     I can see all the components are upto date in SE38.

If you run RTCCTOOL in the managed SAP system and ST components are fine (up to date) then it means that your synchronization into LMDB is not correct.

In that case, check the data provider from the managed SAP system(s) to the SLD and the synchronization of SLD data into LMDB.

The component versions should match between LMDB and system - status in your managed SAP system.

yes Tom your right, prathish try the synchronization between SLD and LMDB.

if you still face the issue, go to solman system -> se38 -> RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM -> select the managed system setail, it will delete the duplicate detail and recreate the system in LMDB with latest detail in SLD( so plz check whether SLD have latest detai if not syn it)

Hi Prathish,

This is general warning for plugin status of managed system , check the status in se38 -> RTCCTOOL ( managed system) and apply the plugin ( ST-PI and ST-A/PI)

Warning shows ST-PI component current SP leve is 2008_701-000, but latest available in SMP 2008_701-008 ( update the patch leve :8)

Warning shows ST-A/PI component current SP leve is O1Q_700-000, but latest available in SMP O1Q_700-001( update the patch leve :1)

Post the managed system spam screen shot.
