UAT : User acceptance testing , right ? If yes, i think you want to ask difference between UAT and end user testing not training, if i am correct then UAT and end user testing both are same thing.
If you want to know difference between UAT and end user training then, UAT is testing done by end user before taking the ownership of the item(software or hardware) and end user training, Training given to end user about that item that include how to use or work on particular item.
