BP group for countract

Good day guys,

I just want to ask, how can you control the BP roles in a contract? Sorry for the beginner question, I know you can assign it individually, I just want to know if theres a way to assign them as a group.

Refer the below mentioned setting. Look for object type IS and differentiation criteria as the contract type.

Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)-> Business Partner -> Relevant Settings for Business Partner in RE Context -> Business Partner Roles -> Assignment of Role Categories to Real Estate Applications -> Make Settings for Roles per Object Type.

You may assign multiple partners to a contract. but not as a group.

Follow the path :

RECACUST > RE-FX > Business Partner > Relevant settings for Business Partner in RE Context > Business partner roles > Assignment of Role categories to Rea estate applications >Make settings for Roles per object type

Select the type as Real Estate Contract, Contract type and the assign as many BP roles you want to assign to that particular Contract type.

All the assigned BP roles will be visible to you in that particular contract type.
