Archive link error

Hi Sap Gurus,

I am doing SAP - Data archving project. My client is using content server with open text software. I have tested data archive in O.S level and  data is archived (deleted)  correctly. I have done configuration in "OAC0" transaction for content repository. I have given content repository link in techincal settings of Archive object configuration. Presently i am testing the data with content server. "Write" job is successful. But If i click "Delete"  then i couldn't find any file in archive selection. I have done "write " job in production mode.

Kindly send your valuable suggestion to me.

pls check your technical settings for the archiving object if it is "store before delete" or "delete before store".If ur settings is "store before delete" then you have to store the file and then only you can delete the file.

After write job, have you done the store job..?

Click on storage system from SARA tcode and store the files then you can delete the files from

delete job.
