Contract Offer does not create an obligation/ commitment towards a partner. One can create several contract offers for a particular object and out of the many, the real estate manager can finalize an offer so as to convert it to a contract.

If you are using offered objects in your contract offers, you may use the report REISOO - Offered Object; here you may change the layout at Settings->Layout->Change (if you required) to view the rental objects associated with the offered objects assigned to the contract offer.

To my amazement the report REISOF - Contract Offer does not contain object assignment information.

Hi

customer required any information about that contract offer for the rental object is created  on the search result screen instead of going to another transaction to show if contract offer created or not.

is it possible to maintain any text box on search screen result that shows that contract offer has been created for this rental object.

Best Regards

In that case you need to device a custom search help which shows the relevant information. For that a screen-exit is required. Contact your dev team for that.

I am not sure, If this works as a workaround for you, you can put an error message at object assignment to contracts if contract offers are found for that object, with validity intersecting the contract validity.

Hi there,

Check the setup of your contract. Change the contract reference to Objects are Leased Out.

Please use this as well as your guide

  • Contract Has No Objects (00)
Objects are never assigned to the contract.
Example: Vendor contract with an electric company. This type of contract handles payments without using an object reference.
  • Objects Are Leased-In (01)
The system designates objects assigned to vendor contracts of this type as leased-in objects.
  • Objects Are Leased-Out (02)
When you assign rental objects to these types of contracts, the system checks the availability of the rental object:
  • Is the rental object, or a higher-level object it belongs to, in your own holdings or leased in (that is, assigned to a contract with contract reference Objects Are Leased-In) during the assignment period?
  • Is the rental object vacant during the requested time period? In other words, it is not assigned to another contract with contract reference Objects Are Leased-Out.
Contracts with the contract reference Objects Are Leased-Out have a special role in many processes (such as, service charge settlement, option rate determination). These contracts are also called occupancy contracts.
  • Objects Are Managed (03)
You use this setting for contract types for management contracts.
  • Security Deposit Agreement (04)
A security deposit agreement is technically a contract specifying the amount of the security deposit that the tenant has to pay. You can assign the security deposit agreement to a real estate contract. For each contract type of the real estate contract, there is a specified contract type for the security deposit agreement. You can only assign contract types for which Security Deposit Agreement is the contract reference.
  • Assessment Contract (05)
You can create contracts with this reference only for rental objects in mandate company codes when the rental objects are not common property. The mandate then also has to be of the COA mandate type.
These rental objects also have to be assigned at all times to a contract with a contract type having this contract reference.
  • Condominium Management Contract (06)
You can only assign these contracts to rental objects in the condominium owner company code. The contract does not affect the availability of the rental object.
  • Other Reference (99)
The contract relates to objects, but does not influence their availability and occupancy. However, you can define conditions based on the measurements of these objects, or distribute costs to the objects.
Example: Vendor contract with a service provider, for example, for cleaning.
