how to use independent component in another webdnypro java DC in nwds 7.3 step by step example?

Dear All,

I'm beginner to the wd java. i have created 2 different type of DCs. For example DC1 & DC2 and also created components for each. i have added public part to DC1 and i have created also Used DC. But now i need the example for the above concept.

Please give me any simple example for passing one value of DC2 view to DC1 view like that. need back end coding and picture wise example if it is possible. give me any guidance or help to learn wd java notes and examples.

Even though you are in 7.3, the concepts are same as 7.0 apart from the change in the NWDS editor.

DC1 - expose the interface view or interface controller through its Public Part

DC2 - Add the DC1 - Public part as the used DC. Then, in DC2 define the used components and map it in the code.

Go through help link and you will find a lot of material online regarding the same.
