Query on GIS Integeration on Syclo

Hi All,

I have a query on the GIS functionality for Syclo Service Manager 3.1 integerated with SAP backend.

The Standard Service Manager application uses a Map functionality to display the customer details, Is this similar to the GIS functionality please explain ?

If not Please let us know If there is a process to integrate GIS map with the service manager 3.1 application.

SM 3.1 uses Google Maps via web browser control, so no GIS.  4.0 takes the same approach.  Agentry Platform Team is finishing the first version of Open UI, so version 4.1 of SM is scheduled to contain GIS integration using Open UI, replacing the current Google Maps.  SM 4.1 is due early 2014.
