Not able to close thread

Hello Moderators (Marcus / Thomas),

I am not able to close one of my thread subject "Cost/Revenue Rate replication error"

I received perfect answer for the same and want to close the thread

But I am not able to see "Correct Answer" icon in the reply received to me

Request you to kindly suggest how to close this thread

Post this query in 'SCN Bug Reporting' space with link of the thread where you are having problem.

Hello Mayur,

When you create a new thread its ask for mark it as question, if you don't check the checkbox then it will be considered as Discussion so won't find those "correct or helpful ans" link..

You missed to check following checkbox in your thread,

You need to check this checkbox while creating your thread.
