Dear All
We are consuming some web services in PI provided by third party
They have provided WSDL for Quality and for Production
The development is done with the WSDL provided for Quality and same is now in Production
Doubt:
There are two differences in the WSDLs of Quality and Production
1. URL ,(this is quite obvious)
2. Soap Action
Does this means that the ESR of Production should contain the WSDL of Production provided by third party
or
the WSDL of Quality which is already moved as part of Transport .
This doubt has come because the SOAP Action is not same in the two WSDLs
Please suggest
Sourabh
Hi Sourabh,
The settings in ID will override the WSDL settings. for ex- action. So I think you can manage with the same WSDL in production.
cheers,
Ambrish
PS- Try a test. Change the WSDL in development (import the one for production) and put URL/Action of quality. This can dispel your doubt. It should hit your quality web service.

Hi Sourabh,
Since soap URL and soap action are configurable from ID you can still use quality system wsdl in ESR and transport it to production system.
