         Actually i want to view word document or excel document in internet explore using Webdynpro ?

         so i want to know how to create Office control in Webdynpro?

          Actually i created Office control UI and it will work fine.

          But i want to view word document in Office control. Please give some examples..?

Hi,

Is the word document uploaded in MIME or from DB you want to show?

If it is in MIME, you can simply bind the data Source property of Office Control to word doc in MIME. IF it is from DB, create an attribute( say file_content) in context of type XSTRING and bind the data source to the attribute. Now get the data from DB and set it to the XSTRING attribute.

If you have followed the above steps already and still the document is not displaying, then check whether you activated the ActiveX control.
