The agentry documents says that this error could be due to the following reasons and when I saw the agentry logs I could find my iphone IP address with the port (10.26.52.71:51918) details in it. That means the request is hitting the agrentry and the connection is not getting processed.
(The connection that had been established between the client and server has been broken. This can be caused by a physical disruption in the network (ie, phone line unplugged), a network or MID Station timeout, or by terminating the server or client applications.)
Has any one faced the above issue and can some one tell what steps to be taken to resolve it.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Regards,
Syed Kazim

Syed,

I would upgrade to a 6.1.x version of Agentry (Editor, Server and Clients) if possible first.  Also, make sure you do not have your iPhone plugged into a PC or MAC via USB while transmitting as this causes connectivity problems.

Can you transmit to your Agentry server with other clients?  Windows, PPC, Android?  Is it just iPhone experiencing the issue?

Jason,

Thanks for the reply.

I am connecting using an internal wifi and can connect/ transmit with clients like PPC/Windows & android but not iphone (Have'nt tried with iphone IOS 6.x though)

Also I could connect it to an another app running on 6.1.x server but not to app on 6.0.10.

Is this a version mismatch problem and if so if I downgrade it iphone to IOS 6 will the transmit work or is it that the upgrade to 6.1.x agentry is the only better way, if so where can I get the installs for upgrade.

Syed,

Because you are using iOS 7, please upgrade your Agentry Server to 6.0.32+.  We have other issues likes the ones you seen that where resolved after the upgrade.

Thanks for reply, Stephen.

Appreciate if you could let me know if I could download agentry 6.1.x. Is it available at SAP website for download for commercial / trail use.

Syed,

The Agentry Client 6.1.3 which is for SMP 2.3 (Agentry 6.1) is on the Apple's AppStore.  It is posted by SAP NA and not Syclo.
