Configure External Server URL Setting

Hello!

Got a problem: I successfully installed SAP MD(SP01) (NW 7.4) as a standart system with ms sql 2012.

Everything works fine except one thing:

If I set External Server URL settings on "General Settings" tab then after restarting the java as I cant use published repository - in web app I see the "publishing is not available" and logs in nwa shows "Creating sharing home folder for user Administrator failed: Invalid token provided".

If External Server URL is empty - publishing works great but the link contain internal ip and of course its not suitable for using this function outside of internal network.

Of course if I manually change the internal ip address in the link to external - link works, but its not a solution.

Does anybody set this property and test the system with it?

Hi Boris,

after configuring an externalServerUrl, did you also change the destination for sharing?
