Hi,
I'm having users complaining about crm_dno_monitor report running slow first thing in the morning. After they've run it once they response time is ok, but it takes 2-3 minutes to run first thing in the morning.
Is this some kind of buffer parameter which needs to be increased?
It also does it after not using the transaction for several hours.
Any ideas?

In new version you have to use the new interface for reporting which is more enhanced reporting as compared to older version.
Solman_workcenter or sm_crm transaction
